Revised Literal Translation
Isaiah 33:2-6
2O YhwhH3068, be graciousH2603 unto us; we have waitedH6960 for thee: be thou their armH2220 every morningH1242, our salvationH3444 also in the timeH6256 of troubleH6869.
3At the noiseH6963 of the tumultH1995 the peopleH5971 fledH5074; at the lifting upH7427 of thyself the nationsH1471 were scatteredH5310.
4And your spoilH7998 shall be gatheredH622 like the gatheringH625 of the caterpillerH2625: as the running to and froH4944 of locustsH1357 shall he runH8264 upon them.
5YhwhH3068 is exaltedH7682; for he dwellethH7931 on highH4791: he hath filledH4390 ZionH6726 with judgmentH4941 and righteousnessH6666.
6And wisdomH2451 and knowledgeH1847 shall be the stabilityH530 of thy timesH6256, and strengthH2633 of salvationH3444: the fearH3374 of YhwhH3068 is his treasureH214.1
