Revised Literal Translation
Genesis 9:3-7
3Every moving thingH7431 that livethH2416 shall be meatH402 for you; even as the greenH3418 herbH6212 have I givenH5414 you all things.
4ButH389 fleshH1320 with the lifeH5315 thereof, which is the bloodH1818 thereof, shall ye not eatH398.
5And surelyH389 your bloodH1818 of your livesH5315 will I requireH1875; at the handH3027 of every beastH2416 will I require itH1875, and at the handH3027 of manH120; at the handH3027 of every man’sH376 brotherH251 will I requireH1875 the lifeH5315 of manH120.
6Whoso sheddethH8210 man’sH120 bloodH1818, by manH120 shall his bloodH1818 be shedH8210: for in the imageH6754 of GodH430 madeH6213 he manH120.
7And you, be ye fruitfulH6509, and multiplyH7235; bring forth abundantlyH8317 in the earthH776, and multiplyH7235 therein.
