Genesis 12:1-9

1Now YhwhH3068 had saidH559 unto AbramH87, Get thee outH3212 of thy countryH776, and from thy kindredH4138, and from thy father’sH1 houseH1004, unto a landH776 that I will shewH7200 thee: 2And I will make of theeH6213 a greatH1419 nationH1471, and I will blessH1288 thee, and makeH1431 thy nameH8034 greatH1431; and thou shalt be a blessingH1293: 3And I will blessH1288 them that blessH1288 thee, and curseH779 him that cursethH7043 thee: and in thee shall all familiesH4940 of the earthH127 be blessedH1288. 4So AbramH87 departedH3212, as YhwhH3068 had spokenH1696 unto him; and LotH3876 wentH3212 with him: and AbramH87 was seventyH8141H7657 and fiveH2568 yearsH8141 oldH1121 when he departedH3318 out of HaranH2771. 5And AbramH87 tookH3947 SaraiH8297 his wifeH802, and LotH3876 his brother’sH251 sonH1121, and all their substanceH7399 that they had gatheredH7408, and the soulsH5315 that they had gottenH6213 in HaranH2771; and they went forthH3318 to goH3212 into the landH776 of CanaanH3667; and into the landH776 of CanaanH3667 they cameH935.

6And AbramH87 passed throughH5674 the landH776 unto the placeH4725 of SichemH7927, unto the plainH436 of MorehH4176. And the CanaaniteH3669 was thenH227 in the landH776.1 7And YhwhH3068 appearedH7200 unto AbramH87, and saidH559, Unto thy seedH2233 will I giveH5414 thisH2063 landH776: and there buildedH1129 he an altarH4196 unto YhwhH3068, who appearedH7200 unto him. 8And he removedH6275 from thence unto a mountainH2022 on the eastH6924 of Beth–elH1008, and pitchedH5186 his tentH168, having Beth–elH1008 on the westH3220, and AiH5857 on the eastH6924: and there he buildedH1129 an altarH4196 unto YhwhH3068, and calledH7121 upon the nameH8034 of YhwhH3068. 9And AbramH87 journeyedH5265, going onH1980 stillH5265 toward the southH5045.2
