Context of Exodus 37:15
13Then he cast four gold rings for the table and attached them at the four corners next to the four legs. 14The rings were attached near the border to hold the poles that were used to carry the table. He made these poles from acacia wood and overlaid them with gold. 16Then he made special containers of pure gold for the table—bowls, ladles, jars, and pitchers—to be used in pouring out liquid offerings. 17Then Bezalel made the lampstand of pure, hammered gold. He made the entire lampstand and its decorations of one piece—the base, center stem, lamp cups, buds, and petals.

- Tyndale Open Study Notes · v. 1-29It says that Bezalel made the ark of the covenant and all the furnishings, as well as the courtyard and its furnishings (37:1, 10, 17, 25; 38:1, 8, 9, 18). But this probably means he was in charge and guided the other craftsmen and seamstresses.Read the comment

Bezaleel made the ark--The description here given of the things within the sacred edifice is almost word for word the same as that contained in Ex 25:1-40. It is not on that account to be regarded as a useless repetition of minute particulars; for by the enumeration of these details, it can be seen how exactly everything was fashioned according to the "pattern shown on the mount" [Ex 25:40]; and the knowledge of this exact correspondence between the…Read the comment
