15Then you will be able to show your face without being ashamed, and you will be secure and unafraid. 16⌞Then⌟ you will forget your misery and remember it like water that has flowed downstream. Then your life will be brighter than the noonday sun. The darkness in your life will become like morning. 18You will feel confident because there’s hope, and you will look around and rest in safety. 19You will lie down with no one to frighten you, and many people will try to gain your favor.

- Adam Clarke Bible Commentary · v. 17Thine age shall be clearer than the noonday - The rest of thy life shall be unclouded prosperity. Thou shalt be as the morning - Thus the sun of thy prosperity shall arise, and shine more and more unto the perfect day. This is the image which the sacred writer employs, and it is correct and elegant.Read the comment

Then shalt thou lift up thy face without spot; that is, thou mayst come boldly to the throne of grace, and not with the terror and amazement expressed in ch. 9:34.
