Context of Zechariah 14:7
5You will flee by my mountain valley, for the valley of the mountains will extend to Azal. You will flee as you fled from the earthquake in the days of King Uzziah of Judah. Then the Lord my God will come and all the holy ones with him. 6On that day there will be no light; the sunlight and moonlight will diminish. It will be a unique day known only to the Lord, without day or night, but there will be light at evening. 8On that day living water will flow out from Jerusalem, half of it toward the eastern sea and the other half toward the western sea, in summer and winter alike. 9On that day the Lord will become King over the whole earth — the Lord alone, and his name alone.

- Barnes’ Notes on the Bible · v. 7And it shall be one day: it shall be known unto the Lord: not day, and not night; and at the eventide it shall be light - “One” special “day; one,” unlike all beside; known unto God, and to Him alone. For God alone knows the day of the consummation of all things, as He saith, “Of that day and that hour knoweth no one, neither the angels in Heaven, nor the Son, (so as to reveal it) but the Father only” Mark 13:32. Neither wholly “day,” because overclouded…Read the comment
