Context of Psalms 107:24

22Let them sacrifice thank offerings and tell of His works with joyful singing. 23Some go out to the sea in ships, doing business on the mighty waters. They saw the works of Adonai, and His wonders in the deep. 25For He spoke and raised a stormy wind, lifting up towering waves. 26They mounted up to the sky and plunged down to the depths. In their peril their souls melted away.
