Context of Isaiah 37:7
5When the officials of King Hezekiah came to Isaiah, 6Isaiah said to them: “Thus you will say to your master, ‘Thus says Adonai: Do not be afraid of the words you have heard, with which the boys of the king of Assyria have blasphemed Me. - Adam Clarke Bible Commentary · v. 7I will send a blast "I will infuse a spirit into him" - "רוח בו נותין nothen bo roach never signifies any thing but putting a spirit into a person: this was , the spirit of deceit." - Secker. "I will send a blast" - I do not think that Archbishop Secker has hit the true meaning of these words.
