Context of Isaiah 37:7
5So the servants of King Hezekiah came to Isaiah. 6Isaiah said to them, “You shall say the following to your master: ‘This is what the Lord says, “Do not be afraid because of the words that you have heard, with which the servants of the king of Assyria have blasphemed Me. - Adam Clarke Bible Commentary · v. 7I will send a blast "I will infuse a spirit into him" - "רוח בו נותין nothen bo roach never signifies any thing but putting a spirit into a person: this was , the spirit of deceit." - Secker.
