Context of 1 Samuel 3:20
18So Samuel told him everything and hid nothing. Then Eli said, “He is Adonai. May He do what is good in His eyes.” 19So Samuel grew up and Adonai was with him, and let none of his words fall to the ground. Then all Israel from Dan to Beersheba knew that Samuel was entrusted as a prophet of Adonai. 21Adonai started to appear once more in Shiloh, for Adonai revealed Himself to Samuel in Shiloh by the word of Adonai.
