Joshua 9:18-20

18And the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 smoteH5221 them not, because the princesH5387 of the congregationH5712 had swornH7650 to them by the LORDH3068 GodH430 of IsraelH3478. And all the congregationH5712 murmuredH3885 against the princesH5387. 19But all the princesH5387 saidH559 to all the congregationH5712, We have swornH7650 to them by the LORDH3068 GodH430 of IsraelH3478: now therefore we mayH3201 not touchH5060 them. 20This we will doH6213 to them; we will even let them liveH2421, lest wrathH7110 be upon us, because of the oathH7621 which we sworeH7650 to them.
