2 Samuel 12:16-19
16DavidH1732 therefore besoughtH1245 GodH430 for the childH5288; and DavidH1732 fastedH6684H6685, and went inH935, and layH7901 all nightH3885 upon the earthH776.1 17And the eldersH2205 of his houseH1004 aroseH6965, and went to him, to raise himH6965 from the earthH776: but he wouldH14 not, neither did he eatH1262 breadH3899 with them. 18And it came to pass on the seventhH7637 dayH3117, that the childH3206 diedH4191. And the servantsH5650 of DavidH1732 fearedH3372 to tellH5046 him that the childH3206 was deadH4191: for they saidH559, Behold, while the childH3206 was yet aliveH2416, we spokeH1696 to him, and he would not hearkenH8085 to our voiceH6963: how will he thenH6213 be grievedH7451H6213, if we tellH559 him that the childH3206 is deadH4191?2 19But when DavidH1732 sawH7200 that his servantsH5650 whisperedH3907, DavidH1732 perceivedH995 that the childH3206 was deadH4191: therefore DavidH1732 saidH559 to his servantsH5650, Is the childH3206 deadH4191? And they saidH559, He is deadH4191.
