Samuel 31:1-5
Now the PhilistinesH6430 foughtH3898 against IsraelH3478: and the menH582 of IsraelH3478 fledH5127 from beforeH6440 the PhilistinesH6430, and fell downH5307 slainH2491 in mountH2022 GilboaH1533.1
And the PhilistinesH6430 followed hardH1692 upon SaulH7586 and upon his sonsH1121; and the PhilistinesH6430 slewH5221 JonathanH3083, and AbinadabH41, and MalchishuaH4444, Saul’sH7586 sonsH1121.
And the battleH4421 went heavilyH3513 against SaulH7586, and the archersH3384H582H7198 hitH4672 him; and he was grievouslyH3966 woundedH2342 by the archersH3384H582H7198.23
Then saidH559 SaulH7586 to his armourbearerH5375H3627, DrawH8025 thy swordH2719, and thrust me throughH1856 with it; lest these uncircumcisedH6189 should comeH935 and thrust me throughH1856, and abuseH5953 me. But his armourbearerH5375H3627 wouldH14 not; for he was exceedinglyH3966 afraidH3372. Therefore SaulH7586 tookH3947 a swordH2719, and fellH5307 upon it.4
And when his armourbearerH5375H3627 sawH7200 that SaulH7586 was deadH4191, he fellH5307 likewise upon his swordH2719, and diedH4191 with him.
