Joshua 22:1-14

1Then JoshuaH3091 calledH7121 the ReubenitesH7206, and the GaditesH1425, and the halfH2677 tribeH4294 of ManassehH4519, 2And saidH559 unto them, Ye have keptH8104 all that MosesH4872 the servantH5650 of YhwhH3068 commandedH6680 you, and have obeyedH8085 my voiceH6963 in all that I commandedH6680 you: 3Ye have not leftH5800 your brethrenH251 these manyH7227 daysH3117 unto this dayH3117, but have keptH8104 the chargeH4931 of the commandmentH4687 of YhwhH3068 your GodH430. 4And now YhwhH3068 your GodH430 hath given restH5117 unto your brethrenH251, as he promisedH1696 them: therefore now returnH6437 ye, and getH3212 you unto your tentsH168, and unto the landH776 of your possessionH272, which MosesH4872 the servantH5650 of YhwhH3068 gaveH5414 you on the other sideH5676 JordanH3383. 5But take diligentH3966 heedH8104 to doH6213 the commandmentH4687 and the lawH8451, which MosesH4872 the servantH5650 of YhwhH3068 chargedH6680 you, to loveH157 YhwhH3068 your GodH430, and to walkH3212 in all his waysH1870, and to keepH8104 his commandmentsH4687, and to cleaveH1692 unto him, and to serveH5647 him with all your heartH3824 and with all your soulH5315. 6So JoshuaH3091 blessedH1288 them, and sent them awayH7971: and they wentH3212 unto their tentsH168.

7Now to the one halfH2677 of the tribeH7626 of ManassehH4519 MosesH4872 had givenH5414 possession in BashanH1316: but unto the other halfH2677 thereof gaveH5414 JoshuaH3091 amongH5973 their brethrenH251 on this sideH5676 JordanH3383 westwardH3220. And when JoshuaH3091 sent them awayH7971 also unto their tentsH168, then he blessedH1288 them, 8And he spakeH559 unto them, sayingH559, ReturnH7725 with muchH7227 richesH5233 unto your tentsH168, and with veryH3966 muchH7227 cattleH4735, with silverH3701, and with goldH2091, and with brassH5178, and with ironH1270, and with veryH3966 muchH7235 raimentH8008: divideH2505 the spoilH7998 of your enemiesH341 with your brethrenH251.

9And the childrenH1121 of ReubenH7205 and the childrenH1121 of GadH1410 and the halfH2677 tribeH7626 of ManassehH4519 returnedH7725, and departedH3212 from the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 out of ShilohH7887, which is in the landH776 of CanaanH3667, to goH3212 unto the countryH776 of GileadH1568, to the landH776 of their possessionH272, whereof they were possessedH270, according to the wordH6310 of YhwhH3068 by the handH3027 of MosesH4872.

10And when they cameH935 unto the bordersH1552 of JordanH3383, that are in the landH776 of CanaanH3667, the childrenH1121 of ReubenH7205 and the childrenH1121 of GadH1410 and the halfH2677 tribeH7626 of ManassehH4519 builtH1129 there an altarH4196 by JordanH3383, a greatH1419 altarH4196 to see toH4758.

11And the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 heardH8085 sayH559, Behold, the childrenH1121 of ReubenH7205 and the childrenH1121 of GadH1410 and the halfH2677 tribeH7626 of ManassehH4519 have builtH1129 an altarH4196 over againstH4136 the landH776 of CanaanH3667, in the bordersH1552 of JordanH3383, at the passageH5676 of the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478. 12And when the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 heardH8085 of it, the whole congregationH5712 of the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 gathered themselves togetherH6950 at ShilohH7887, to go upH5927 to warH6635 against them. 13And the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478 sentH7971 unto the childrenH1121 of ReubenH7205, and to the childrenH1121 of GadH1410, and to the halfH2677 tribeH7626 of ManassehH4519, into the landH776 of GileadH1568, PhinehasH6372 the sonH1121 of EleazarH499 the priestH3548, 14And with him tenH6235 princesH5387, of eachH259 chiefH5387 houseH1004 a princeH1 throughout all the tribesH4294 of IsraelH3478; and each oneH376 was an headH7218 of the houseH1004 of their fathersH1 among the thousandsH505 of IsraelH3478.1
