Revised Literal Translation
Kings 21:12-16
Therefore thus saithH559 YhwhH3068 GodH430 of IsraelH3478, Behold, I am bringingH935 such evilH7451 upon JerusalemH3389 and JudahH3063, that whosoever hearethH8085 of it, bothH8147 his earsH241 shall tingleH6750.
And I will stretchH5186 over JerusalemH3389 the lineH6957 of SamariaH8111, and the plummetH4949 of the houseH1004 of AhabH256: and I will wipeH4229 JerusalemH3389 as a man wipethH4229 a dishH6747, wipingH4229 it, and turningH2015 it upside downH6440.1
And I will forsakeH5203 the remnantH7611 of mine inheritanceH5159, and deliverH5414 them into the handH3027 of their enemiesH341; and they shall become a preyH957 and a spoilH4933 to all their enemiesH341;
Because they have doneH6213 that which was evilH7451 in my sightH5869, and have provokedH4480 me to angerH3707, since the dayH3117 their fathersH1 came forthH3318 out of EgyptH4714, even unto this dayH3117.
Moreover ManassehH4519 shedH8210 innocentH5355 bloodH1818 veryH3966 muchH7235, till he had filledH4390 JerusalemH3389 from one endH6310 to anotherH6310; beside his sinH2403 wherewith he made JudahH3063 to sinH2398, in doingH6213 that which was evilH7451 in the sightH5869 of YhwhH3068.2
