9So ManassehH4519 madeH8582 JudahH3063 and the inhabitantsH3427 of JerusalemH3389 to errH8582, and to doH6213 worseH7451 than the heathenH1471, whom YhwhH3068 had destroyedH8045 beforeH6440 the childrenH1121 of IsraelH3478. 10And YhwhH3068 spakeH1696 to ManassehH4519, and to his peopleH5971: but they would not hearkenH7181.
11wherefore YhwhH3068 broughtH935 upon them the captains ofH8269 the army ofH6635 the kingH4428 of AssyriaH804, which tookH3920 ManassehH4519 among the thornsH2336, and bound himH631 with fettersH5178, and carriedH3212 him to BabylonH894.12 12And when he was in afflictionH6887, he besoughtH2470 YhwhH3068 his GodH430, and humbledH3665 himself greatlyH3966 beforeH6440 the GodH430 of his fathersH1, 13And prayedH6419 unto him: and he was intreatedH6279 of him, and heardH8085 his supplicationH8467, and brought him againH7725 to JerusalemH3389 into his kingdomH4438. Then ManassehH4519 knewH3045 that YhwhH3068 he was GodH430.
