Context of Psalms 95:6
4The deepest places of the earth are in his hand. The highest mountains belong to him. 5The seas are his, because he made them. He also made the dry land, with his own hands. Come now! Let us bend down to worship him! Let us bend our knees in front of the Lord. He is the one who made us. 7He is our God. He takes care of us, like a shepherd takes care of his sheep. As his sheep, he gives us what we need. Today, you must listen to him and obey him. 8He says, ‘Do not refuse to obey me, like my people did at Meribah. They also did that one day at Massah, in the desert.

- Adam Clarke Bible Commentary · v. 6O come, let us worship - Three distinct words are used here to express three different acts of adoration: Let us worship, נשתחוה nishtachaveh, let us prostrate ourselves; the highest act of adoration by which the supremacy of God is acknowledged. Let us bow down, נכרעה nichraah, let us crouch or cower down, bending the legs under, as a dog in the presence of his master, which solicitously waits to receive his commands. Let us kneel, נברכה nibrachah, let…Read the comment
- Barnes’ Notes on the Bible · v. 6O come, let us worship and bow down - Let us worship him by bowing down; by prostrating ourselves before him. The word here rendered “come” is not the same which is used in Psalm 95:1. Its literal meaning is “come,” and it is an earnest exhortation to come and worship. It is not a particle merely calling attention to a subject, but it is an exhortation to approach - to enter - to engage in a thing.
