Context of Deuteronomy 23:10
8The third generation of their descendants can join with the Lord's people when they meet together to worship him. 9Your soldiers may be living in tents while they fight against your enemies. They must keep away from anything that makes them unclean. While a man is asleep, semen may come from his sex part. That makes him unclean so he must go outside the camp. He must stay there all day. 11In the evening, he must wash himself. At sunset he can return into the camp. 12You must choose a special place outside the camp. Use that place as your toilet.

- 1 Corinthians 5:11Now I am telling you this: I was talking about people who say that they are believers. If they say that, but they have sex in a wrong way, do not be friends with them. If one of your own group does things like that, do not even agree to eat a meal with them.
