Context of John 9:33

31[But] we know that God does not hear sinners; but if any one be God-fearing and do his will, him he hears. 32Since time was, it has not been heard that any one opened the eyes of one born blind. If this [man] were not of God he would be able to do nothing. 34They answered and said to him, Thou hast been wholly born in sins, and thou teachest us? And they cast him out. 35Jesus heard that they had cast him out, and having found him, he said to him, Thou, dost thou believe on the Son of God?
