Context of Micah 4:13
11Many nations have now assembled against you; they say, “Let her be defiled, and let us feast our eyes on Zion.” 12But they do not know the Lord’s intentions or understand his plan, that he has gathered them like sheaves to the threshing floor. Rise and thresh, Daughter Zion, for I will make your horns iron and your hooves bronze so you can crush many peoples. Then you will set apart their plunder for the Lord, their wealth for the Lord of the whole earth.

- Adam Clarke Bible Commentary · v. 13Arise and thresh, O daughter of Zion - This refers to the subject of the preceding verse. When God shall have gathered together all thy enemies, as into the threshing-floor, he will give thee commission and power to get a complete victory over them, and reduce them to servitude. And that thou mayest be able to do this, he will be on thy side as a powerful helper; here signified by the metaphors, iron horns, and brazen hoofs. Thou shalt have power…Read the comment

When God has conquering work for his people to do, he will furnish them with strength and ability for it. Believers should…Read the comment
