Context of Ezekiel 12:2
1Then the word of the LORD came to me, saying, “Son of man, you are living in a rebellious house. They have eyes to see but do not see, and ears to hear but do not hear, for they are a rebellious house. 3Therefore, son of man, pack your bags for exile. In broad daylight, set out from your place and go to another as they watch. Perhaps they will understand, though they are a rebellious house. 4Bring out your baggage for exile by day, as they watch. Then in the evening, as they watch, go out like those who go into exile.

Commentaries on Ezekiel 12:2
- Adam Clarke Bible Commentary · v. 2Which have eyes to see, and see not - It is not want of grace that brings them to destruction. They have eyes to see, but they will not use them. No man is lost because he had not sufficient grace to save him, but because he abused that grace.Read the comment

- Jamieson–Fausset–Brown Commentary · v. 1-281-2. eyes to see, and see not, ... ears to hear, and hear not--fulfilling the prophecy of De 29:4, here quoted by Ezekiel (compare Is 6:9; Jr 5:21). Ezekiel needed often to be reminded of the people's perversity, lest he should be discouraged by the little effect produced by his prophecies.
