Context of Psalms 25:10
8Good and upright is the Lord; Therefore He instructs sinners in the way. 9He leads the humble in justice, And He teaches the humble His way. All the paths of the Lord are lovingkindness and goodness and truth and faithfulness To those who keep His covenant and His testimonies. 11For Your name’s sake, O Lord, Pardon my wickedness and my guilt, for they are great. 12Who is the man who fears the Lord [with awe-inspired reverence and worships Him with submissive wonder]? He will teach him [through His word] in the way he should choose.

- Adam Clarke Bible Commentary · v. 10All the paths of the Lord - ארחות orchoth signifies the tracks or ruts made by the wheels of wagons by often passing over the same ground. Mercy and truth are the paths in which God constantly walks in reference to the children of men; and so frequently does he show them mercy, and so frequently does he fulfill his truth that his paths are earnestly discerned. How frequent, how deeply indented, and how multiplied are those tracks to every family and…Read the comment
