Context of Ezekiel 4:10
8Now behold, I will put ropes on you so that you cannot turn from one side to the other until you have completed the days of your siege. 9“But as for you, take wheat, barley, beans, lentils, millet, and spelt, and put them into one vessel and make them into bread for yourself. You shall eat it according to the number of the days that you lie on your side, three hundred and ninety days. The food you eat each day shall be [measured] by weight, twenty shekels, to be eaten daily at a set time. 11You shall drink water by measure also, the sixth part of a hin; you shall drink daily at a set time. 12You shall eat your food as barley cakes, having baked it in their sight over human dung.”

- Adam Clarke Bible Commentary · v. 10Twenty shekels a day - The whole of the above grain, being ground, was to be formed into one mass, out of which he was to make three hundred and ninety loaves; one loaf for each day; and this loaf was to be of twenty shekels in weight. Now a shekel, being in weight about half an ounce, this would be ten ounces of bread for each day; and with this water to the amount of one sixth part of a hin, which is about a pint and a half of our measure.
