Context of Psalms 109:25
23I fade away like an evening shadow, shaken off like a locust. 24My knees totter from fasting, and my flesh is lean, with no fat. And I have become a taunt to them. When they see me, they wag their head. 26Help me, Adonai my God, Save me through Your lovingkindness. 27Let them know that it is Your hand— that You, Adonai, have done it.

- Matthew Henry Concise Commentary · v. 21-31Verses 21-31 The psalmist takes God's comforts to himself, but in a very humble manner. He was troubled in mind.
