Context of 1 Kings 22:45
43He walked in all the ways of his father Asa, not straying from them, but doing what was right in Adonai’s eyes. 44However, they did not take away the high places, and the people continued to sacrifice and burn incense on the high places. Jehoshaphat also made peace with the king of Israel. 46Now the rest of the deeds of Jehoshaphat along with his might that he showed and how he warred, are they not written in Book of the Chronicles of the Kings of Judah? 47He expelled from the land the cult prostitutes remaining from the days of his father Asa.
