27For he maketh smallH1639 the dropsH5198 of waterH4325: they pour downH2212 rainH4306 according to the vapourH108 of it: 28Which the cloudsH7834 do dropH5140 and distilH7491 upon manH120 abundantlyH7227. 29Also can any understandH995 the spreadingsH4666 of the cloudsH5645, or the noiseH8663 of his tabernacleH5521? 30Behold, he spreadethH6566 his lightH216 upon it, and coverethH3680 the bottomH8328 of the seaH3220.1 31For by them he judgethH1777 the peopleH5971; he givethH5414 foodH400 in abundanceH4342. 32With cloudsH3709 he coverethH3680 the lightH216; and commandethH6680 it not to shine by the cloud that cometh betweenH6293. 33The noiseH7452 of it showethH5046 concerning it, the cattleH4735 also concerning the vapourH5927.2
