2 Kings 5:1-7

1Now NaamanH5283, captainH8269 of the armyH6635 of the kingH4428 of SyriaH758, was a greatH1419 manH376 withH6440 his masterH113, and honourableH5375, because by him the LORDH3068 had givenH5414 deliveranceH8668 to SyriaH758: he was also a mightyH1368 manH376 in valourH2428, but he was a leperH6879.123

2And the SyriansH758 had gone outH3318 by companiesH1416, and had brought away captiveH7617 out of the landH776 of IsraelH3478 a littleH6996 maidH5291; and she waited onH6440 Naaman’sH5283 wifeH802.4

3And she saidH559 to her mistressH1404, I wouldH305 that my lordH113 were withH6440 the prophetH5030 that is in SamariaH8111! forH227 he would cureH622 him of his leprosyH6883.56

4And one went inH935, and toldH5046 his lordH113, sayingH559, Thus and thus saidH1696 the maidH5291 that is of the landH776 of IsraelH3478.

5And the kingH4428 of SyriaH758 saidH559, GoH3212, nowH935, and I will sendH7971 a letterH5612 to the kingH4428 of IsraelH3478. And he departedH3212, and tookH3947 with himH3027 tenH6235 talentsH3603 of silverH3701, and sixH8337 thousandH505 pieces of goldH2091, and tenH6235 changesH2487 of raimentH899.7

6And he broughtH935 the letterH5612 to the kingH4428 of IsraelH3478, sayingH559, Now when this letterH5612 hath comeH935 to thee, behold, with it I have sentH7971 NaamanH5283 my servantH5650 to thee, that thou mayest cureH622 him of his leprosyH6883.

7And it came to pass, when the kingH4428 of IsraelH3478 had readH7121 the letterH5612, that he toreH7167 his clothesH899, and saidH559, Am I GodH430, to killH4191 and to make aliveH2421, that this manH2088 doth sendH7971 to me to cureH622 a manH376 of his leprosyH6883? thereforeH389 considerH3045, I pray you, and seeH7200 how he seeketh a quarrelH579 against me.
