Numbers 28:11-14
11And in the beginnings of your months ye shall offer a burnt offering to the LORD; two young bulls, and one ram, seven lambs of the first year without spot; 12And three tenth parts of flour for a meat offering, mixed with oil, for one bull; and two tenth parts of flour for a meat offering, mixed with oil, for one ram; 13And a tenth part of flour mixed with oil for a meat offering to one lamb; for a burnt offering of a sweet savour, a sacrifice made by fire to the LORD. 14And their drink offerings shall be half an hin of wine to a bull, and the third part of an hin to a ram, and a fourth part of an hin to a lamb: this is the burnt offering of every month throughout the months of the year.
