Numbers 28:9-10
9“On the day of rest—a holy day, offer two one-year-old lambs that have no defects, a grain offering of 16 cups of flour mixed with olive oil, and the wine offering that goes with it.
10This burnt offering is for every day of rest—a holy day, in addition to the daily burnt offerings and the wine offerings that go with them.
