Psalms 146:1-4
11Hallelujah! Praise the Lord! I say to myself, ‘Praise the Lord!’
2I will praise the Lord through all my life. While I am alive, I will always sing to praise my God.
3Do not trust in human leaders. No human can save you.
4When they die, they return to the ground. On that day, their plans come to an end.
Notes
- 1. Psalms 146:1 The last five psalms all start and end with the Hebrew word ‘Hallelujah’, which means ‘Praise the Lord!’ ↩
