Psalms 115:1-3
11Lord, you are the one who deserves that people praise you. They should praise only you, not us! Because you love us with a faithful love, and you always do what you have promised.
2Why should other nations say about us, ‘Where is their God?’
3We know that our God is in heaven. He does whatever he wants to do.
Notes
- 1. Psalms 115:1 This psalm teaches us that there is only one God. He is the one that the Israelites should trust. Other gods are false and they have no power to help us. ↩
