Context of Psalms 109:20
18He always cursed others, as he always put on clothes. So those curses have become like his food and drink. May they go deep inside him, like olive oil that goes into his bones. 19Then curses will truly be his clothes. They will be like the belt that he wears every day. Yes, Lord, please punish all my enemies like that, because they say evil things to accuse me! 21You, Almighty Lord, must help me! Show that your name is great. Rescue me, because your faithful love is good. 22I am weak and helpless. My heart beats fast inside me.

- Adam Clarke Bible Commentary · v. 20Let this be the reward of mine adversaries from the Lord, and of them that speak evil apainst my soul - Following the mode of interpretation already adopted, this may mean: All these maledictions shall be fulfilled on my enemies; they shall have them for their reward. So all the opposition made by the Jews against our Lord, and the obloquies and execrations wherewith they have loaded him and his religion, have fallen upon themselves; and they are awful…Read the comment

The meaning here is, Let them constantly receive these things which I have prayed for Psalm 109:6-19; let them be constantly treated in this manner.
