Context of Exodus 37:27
25Then Bezalel made the incense altar of acacia wood; its top was a cubit square and it was two cubits high; the horns were of one piece with it. 26He overlaid it with pure gold, its top, its sides all around and its horns; he also made a rim of gold around it. He made two rings of gold for it under its rim, on its two opposite sides, as holders for the poles [to pass through] to carry it. 28He made the poles of acacia wood and overlaid them with gold. 29He also made the holy anointing oil and the pure, fragrant incense of spices, the work of a perfumer.

- Tyndale Open Study Notes · v. 1-29It says that Bezalel made the ark of the covenant and all the furnishings, as well as the courtyard and its furnishings (37:1, 10, 17, 25; 38:1, 8, 9, 18). But this probably means he was in charge and guided the other craftsmen and seamstresses.Read the comment
