2 Chronicles 25:17-21

17Then AmaziahH558 kingH4428 of JudahH3063 took adviceH3289, and sentH7971 to JoashH3101, the sonH1121 of JehoahazH3059, the sonH1121 of JehuH3058, kingH4428 of IsraelH3478, sayingH559, ComeH3212, let us look one anotherH7200 in the faceH6440. 18And JoashH3101 kingH4428 of IsraelH3478 sentH7971 to AmaziahH558 kingH4428 of JudahH3063, sayingH559, The thistleH2336 that was in LebanonH3844 sentH7971 to the cedarH730 that was in LebanonH3844, sayingH559, GiveH5414 thy daughterH1323 to my sonH1121 for a wifeH802: and there passed byH5674 a wildH7704 beastH2416 that was in LebanonH3844, and trod downH7429 the thistleH2336.12 19Thou sayestH559, Lo, thou hast smittenH5221 the EdomitesH123; and thy heartH3820 lifteth thee upH5375 to boastH3513: abideH3427 now at homeH1004; why shouldest thou meddleH1624 to thy harmH7451, that thou shouldest fallH5307, even thou, and JudahH3063 with thee? 20But AmaziahH558 would not hearH8085; for it came from GodH430, that he might deliverH5414 them into the handH3027 of their enemies, because they soughtH1875 after the godsH430 of EdomH123. 21So JoashH3101 the kingH4428 of IsraelH3478 went upH5927; and they looked one anotherH7200 in the faceH6440, both he and AmaziahH558 kingH4428 of JudahH3063, at BethshemeshH1053, which belongeth to JudahH3063.
