King James Version
Deuteronomy 23:3-5
3An AmmoniteH5984 or MoabiteH4125 shall not enterH935 into the congregationH6951 of the LordH3068; even to their tenthH6224 generationH1755 shall they not enterH935 into the congregationH6951 of the LordH3068 forH5704 everH5769:
4BecauseH1697 they metH6923 you not with breadH3899 and with waterH4325 in the wayH1870, when ye came forthH3318 out of EgyptH4714; and because they hiredH7936 against thee BalaamH1109 the sonH1121 of BeorH1160 of PethorH6604 of MesopotamiaH763, to curseH7043 thee.
5Nevertheless the LordH3068 thy GodH430 wouldH14 not hearkenH8085 unto BalaamH1109; but the LordH3068 thy GodH430 turnedH2015 the curseH7045 into a blessingH1293 unto thee, because the LordH3068 thy GodH430 lovedH157 thee.
