Luke 8:41-42
41Then a man called Jairus came to see him. He was a leader at the Jewish meeting place. He went down on his knees at the feet of Jesus and said, ‘Please come to my house.
42I have one daughter. She is 12 years old and she is very ill. She will die very soon.’ So Jesus went along. A crowd of people went with him. They were pushing against him.
