Deuteronomy 27:9-10
9And Moses and the priests, the Levites, spoke to all Israel, saying, Be silent and hearken, Israel! this day thou art become the people of Jehovah thy 1God.
10And thou shalt hearken unto the voice of Jehovah thy 2God, and do his commandments and his statutes, which I command thee this day.
