1 Samuel 16:7
Beholdeth the heart.
It is proper to God to see the secret cogitations of men's hearts, of himself and by his own power. ◦ And glorified Saints know our cogitations by seeing God, in whom all things appear, that pertain to their state, and for the profit of others.
